Informational purpose
HowNote provides calculators, conversions, reference information and explanatory content. Results are intended to support preliminary review and workflow efficiency. They do not replace a governing standard, approved drawing, engineering calculation, certification decision, inspection, supplier confirmation or purchase contract.
User responsibility
You are responsible for checking inputs, units, editions, materials, tolerances and intended use before relying on a result. Where a page identifies a source type, you should review the original source and any applicable current edition.
Availability and changes
HowNote may change, correct, add or remove tools and reference data as the project develops. A page may be unavailable temporarily during deployment or maintenance.

HowNote owns its original interface, explanations and software except where otherwise stated. Third-party standards, trademarks, manufacturer publications and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners. HowNote does not grant a license to reproduce third-party standards.
